Full refund or transfer to another IAUA event.

Refund minus $100 processing fee OR receive a full IAUA event credit.

7 to 3 Days Out

Receive a $100 credit toward a future event.

2 Days or Less

No refund or event credit available.

As a nonprofit organization, IAUA makes firm financial commitments for venue space, catering services, and critical event logistics based entirely on advance registrations. Because these operational costs are non-recoverable close to the date, we are strictly unable to offer full refunds near the start of the event.

Dress Code

i The dress code for all IAUA events is Smart Casual unless a stricter standard is outlined by our host venue. Attendees are requested to maintain professional attire throughout the conference (no shorts or casual graphic t-shirts).
