President

Robert Norton, CPCU
Bob is the 2023 President and 2018 past-president of the IAUA. Bob is well versed with extensive experience in the Appraisal process and has been a Court appointed umpire in multiple jurisdictions, State and Federal Courts.  He is also frequently engaged as an expert and has been named as Special Master for matters pending in court.  Experience with Commercial, Residential, Business Income and Association losses, and is licensed as an adjuster as well as General Contractor.

Andrew Weaver, SPPA, AIC, LPCS

Andrew has an extensive construction and insurance adjusting background. Having grown up in the new home construction industry Andrew started his career working for his family’s constructions company, which is one of Pennsylvania’s largest and premier new home construction companies.

Stephen Medeiros

Steve is a knowledgeable claims specialist with approximately sixteen years of experience handling both residential and commercial claims, with a heavy emphasis on large loss and appraisal claims resulting from catastrophe and regular business losses. Over the last 12 years he has been involved in more than 2,800 appraisals.

    Clay Morrison

   Clay Morrison

Clay is the 2021 past-president of IAUA; his extensive experience includes adjusting claims in every major hurricane of the last 20 years. Clay has also served in an expert or appraiser capacity on losses throughout the U.S. Clay has been a featured speaker at numerous venues including insurance industry conferences, realty associations, Chambers of Commerce and Rotary clubs throughout the U.S.

Beau Kron

Beau is the 2020 past-president of the IAUA. Beau has nearly 25 years of field and office experience handling daily claims, total-loss fires, catastrophe claims, re-inspections, large-loss commercial and residential claims ranging from simple roof leaks to losses over $30,000,000. Appraisal experience includes hundreds of property and auto disputes throughout the U.S.
 James Angelotti
James Angelotti
James has extensive experience working throughout the country resolving insurance claim disputes as an appraiser. His experience scales from very small residential disputes to large commercial ones.

Keith Womack

 Keith Womack
Keith is  the owner of Womack Construction Consulting, Inc. & Restoration Specialists of Florida, Inc. A State Certified Residential Contractor with over 25 years in the insurance industry, Keith has handled over 600 appraisals.
 
Ron Papa, SPPA
Ron's career has spanned over 30 years, during which he has successfully adjusted more than 2,000 insurance losses. A graduate of Niagara University, he is approved as an instructor by numerous State Insurance Departments, the New York State Bar Association and the Society of CPAs.

David Bierman
David worked in the insurance industry for 21 years as a litigation specialist and fraud investigator prior to attending law school.  He was a member of the Board of Directors of the Florida Insurance Fraud Education Committee.

Jonathan Wilkofsky
Jonathan Wilkofsky
Jonathan J.  Wilkofsky is known as the authority on Insurance Appraisal. The legal treatise, “The Law and Procedure of Insurance Appraisal“, currently in it’s third edition, was written with the idea in mind to present a text “as accurate, balanced and complete as possible.”
